The East Ghana Conference has established the Ministerial Ministries in hopes to always empower the pastoral team in leading individuals, families, and churches to bring hope to the churches in the various municipalities and territories. We provide strategic mentorship for our pastoral team in order to: promote personal devotion and deepen relationship with the Lord, provide support and in-service training for our pastors in the conference, encourage personal and professional development and enrichment, and provide Church officers training for church officers in our conference.
